Todays OEM’s like to receive many products and components complete and ready to ship. That is why we offer turnkey solutions that may include powder coating, hardware, kitting, and assembly. Our hardware machines include quality modules that help prevent bad components from going out the door. Also we maintain a list of approved vendors to support a variety of finishing options that include plating, powder coating, wet paint, and CARC.
Our skilled welders are proficient in a variety of welding processes including MIG, TIG, and resistance. We regularly work with aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-strength alloys. Whether it is a decorative fixture or an industrial weldment, we can weld it.

With the use of high tech manufacturing equipment, we are able to provide complete assemblies to our customers exceeding their highest expectations. The abilities of our fabrication and assembly department are as diverse as the companies we support. We fabricate parts and assemblies from small to large alike.
We have two flat sheet lasers in house including a 5,000 watt flying optic laser equipped with dual pallets that is great for small and large volume runs alike and a 2,500 watt hybrid laser that can reposition for cutting lengths up to 18 feet. We can cut a wide variety of materials ranging from .005 shim stock to 3/4" steel. If parts require forming after cutting, our CNC multi axis brake presses allow for quick change over’s utilizing offline programming and high tech simulation software.
We machine parts for a variety of industries that require tight tolerances from oil and gas to aerospace. With an array of computer numerically controlled (CNC) machining centers, we can offer one-off prototypes and full production runs.
Skilled Machinists: Our machine shop employs a group of highly skilled machinists that retain decades of machining knowledge and are familiar with a multitude of materials.
Our CNC lathes are capable of cutting diameters up to 18” with lengths up to 48” while our largest mills have work envelopes of 50” x 20” x 25” with repositioning allowing up to 144” in total cut length.
